Ingredients
    Base:
  • 140g oat flour
  • 50g cocoa powder
  • 5 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp agave syrup
  • a little bit of salt
  • Coffee-Layer:
  • 250g raw cashews (soaked overnight)
  • 100ml plant based milk
  • 50ml espresso
  • 60g almond butter
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee
Instructions
    How to make vegan coffee bites:
  1. Base:
    • Mix base ingredients in a bowl.
    • Press mixture into silicon moulds.
    • Freeze for 15 minutes.
    • Prepare the coffee layer.

       

  2. Coffee - Layer:
    • Drain and rinse cashews.
    • Combine cashews with coffee layer ingredients in a food processor.
    • Blend until smooth.
    • Divide mixture into muffin moulds and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
    • Top with melted chocolate
