Ingredients

cake first !

mix flour+ baking powder + salt

beat the butter + sugar + vanilla sugar until it’s a creamy mixture

put in the eggs (one after the other)

don't forget to add a shot of milk

stir in the flour-mix

put into muffin tins

bake for 25 min at 180°C
now we get to the fun part! crumble the cupcakes after you have baked them and let them cool. -

form tiramisu balls:
- add a bit of espresso + amaretto to the crumble
- form balls out of the crumble-mixture and put them into the freezer for about 5-10 min
- melt the chocolate couverture (I do it using the microwave)
- take your tiramisu-balls out of the freezer and put them into the melted chocolate using a fork so you get them covered with the couverture
- put them onto a baking sheet and sprinkle some cocoa powder on the top
when adding amaretto and espresso: get a feeling if you need more fluids! make sure it does not get to soggy! after covering them with chocolate: let the rest so the chocolate hardens.
