Description

this is an easy one. you can just take whatever fruit you want and exchange it with the cherries. should work. this is how you can create a lot of different cakes through the seasons without searching for a new recipe.

Ingredients
    for the cake:
  • 125 grams flour
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 120 grams butter (room temperature)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • a bit of salt
  • 300 grams (insert fruit here)
Instructions
  1. this is going to be fast:
    • preheat oven to 180°C
    • mix flour+ baking powder+ cinnamon
    • beat butter+salt+sugar until the mixture is creamy
    • add one egg at the time
    • now stir in the flour-mix  you have prepared.
    • put your cake into a spring form 
    • fruits on top
    • bake for 35-45 min. 
    do not use deep-frozen fruit. only fresh fruit !
