Ingredients
225 g butter (room temperature)
100 g brown sugar
100 g white sugar
60 g cocoa powder
2 egg (room temperature)
1 Teaspoons vanilla extract
4 g baking soda
250 g flour
a handful of chocolate chips
a handful of caramel candy
a handful of brezels
a pinch of salt
Instructions
salted caramel chocolate cookies:
In a bowl, whisk together flour + cocoa + baking soda + salt.
cream butter and sugars together until smooth
add in eggs + vanilla (one at a time)
add the flour mixture and mix until combined
stir in caramel + chocolate + brezels
bake at 175°C for 10 minutes
Make sure to sift the flour before using . Also: make sure that the dough is not too dry. Start adding the flour little by little. The dough should not be too dry - otherwise your cookies will be really hard.
