Ice-Cream in a Brownie-Cup

Description

ice cream in a brownie cup is way better than eating it out of a normal one.

Ingredients
  • 120 grams flour
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 120 grams butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • a bit of salt
  • 225 grams dark chocolate or baking chocolate
  • coconut oil
Instructions
  1. brownie first:
    • melt chocolate + butter using your microwave (put in for 30 seconds, then again for 30 seconds. After that the chocolate should start melting on it’s own by just stirring. If not put inside again for 30 seconds)
    • beat eggs and sugar until fluffy
    • put in the (cooled) melted chocolate mixture
    • add some vanilla extract
    • fold in flour+ baking powder+ salt until combined
    • bake for 20 min at 180°C in the lower third of oven
  2. cup second:

    IMPORTANT THINGS FOR YOU TO KNOW: 

    • use a cup-cake tray for baking the brownies.
    • add only one scoop of the batter / mold.

    • make sure to coat the tray with coconut butter so the brownies do not stick to it.

    • otherwise they will just break and you will have no cups at the end.

    • after you put them out of the oven:
    • use something small and round and press it into the brownies (be gentle here do not press too hard)

    • THERE IT IS - your brownie-cup

    • let them cool down COMPLETELY and use a sharp knife to get them out of the tray.
