Homemade Chocolate Bars

for the chocolate bars:

chocolate:
- take a pan an line it with parchment paper (don't forget the sides)
- chop the chocolate into small pieces
- boil water and place the chocolate in a heat-resistant bowl and put it on top of the boiling water (bowl should not be IN the water just slightly above so only the steam reaches the chocolate-bowl)
- stir the chocolate as it melts
- remove bowl when chocolate melted and let it set for 5 minutes before you transfer it to the pan

topping:
- let your chocolate cool of for 10 minutes before you sprinkleĀ all that stuff on it.
let chocolate cool completely (2 hours) before cutting and serving it.
