Donut worry – be happy !

let's be real. this is kinda a fake donut cause you bake it in the oven. but still it's all "Justin Biebery- yummy".
Ingredients
- 240 grams flour
- 140 grams sugar
- 50 grams butter
- 2 eggs
- 5 grams vanilla sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- a bit of salt
- 200 milliliters milk
- 300 grams white chocolate couverture
- 40 milliliters whipped cream
donut:

Instructions
- donut batter:
- grease the donut-mold
- beat eggs and sugar + vanilla sugar until foamy
- add the butter
- add flour + baking powder
- pour in the milk carefully and stir until combined
- divide the batter into the donut molds
- bake for 15 min at 180°C
. - chocolate frosting:
- melt the chocoloate couverture in the microwave
- slowly stir in half of the whipped cream
- then the other half
use some food colouring if you wish to have them in a different colour - decorating:
- dip one side of the cooled donuts in the melted chocolate
use some sprinkles. or not. :D
