  1. Pumpkin cookies:
    • melt butter in pot until turning brown and let it cool down for about 1 hour
    • stir brown butter + brown sugar + white sugar together until combined
    • put in egg and vanilla + pumpkin puree
    • add in all dry ingredients until combined and put the cookie dough into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
    • scoop the cookies on a baking sheet and bake them for 10 min at 180°C
