These caramelized white chocolate cookies will blow your mind !! The white chocolate tastes like caramel and is so so so good !

Instructions

  1. brown butter first:
    • put your butter into a pan and let it melt at medium heat
    • when foam starts to appear - start to whisk the butter 
    • remove from heat when brown bits appear and the butter starts to smell nutty 
    brown butter is not just a "side" ingredient anymore. it has a rich nutty, caramelized flavor you're just gonna love.
  2. cookie second:
    • Mix cooled brown butter+ sugar
    • Add in one egg and one extra egg yolk + vanilla extract
    • Mix flour and baking soda and add ithe health to the mix.
    • Whisk until combined.
    • Add more and more of the remaining flour and stop when the flour is getting too dry.

    • Refrigerate for at least 30 min  (pref.2h)
    • Bake for 10-11 minutes at 175°C
    very important: do not overmix or overbake the batter - otherwise the cookie will be very hard !
