Artsy Pumpkin Cheesecake Brownies

Ingredients
  • 1 package brownie mix (for example: dr.oetker)
  • 225 grams cream cheese
  • 65 grams pumpkin puree
  • 45 grams sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon gloves
  • 1 tablespoon flour
Instructions
  1. the lazy part:

    prepare the brownie-mix according to instructions and fill 2/3 of the batter to a baking-pan and set aside. 

  2. the cheesecake part:
    • mix cream cheese until creamy
    • add sugar+flour+egg+vanilla extract
    • mix until combined
  3. the artsy part:
    • divide cheese-cream mix into 2 bowls
    • take one of the bowls and add the pumpkin to the cheese as well as all the spices. 
    • if you need it to be more orange add some food coloring
    you should have 2 different colored cheese-creams now. (orange and white)
  4. the artsy part 2:
    • now take your prepared brownie batter you have already put into the baking-pan and add dollops of the two different cheese-creams on top as well as the left over brownie batter
    • take a toothpick and swirl it around to make everything look like marbled. 
    • bake for 35 mins at 140C (circulating air)
