steps to chocolate heaven:
- mix butter+ sugar+ vanilla extract until creamy
- add one egg at the time
- pour in all dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, cocoa, salt)
- take a knife and cut your chocolate in to small pieces.
- add the chocolate to the batter.
- transfer the batter ( one scoop = one cookie) onto a baking-sheet.
- now bake for 9-11 min at 175°C
if you want them to be perfectly round - use a round cookie cutter after you put them out of the oven. put it around your cookies and make some circular movements. because they are still hot they can be formed into a perfect shape.
