you're gonna love this - well, only if you love coconut

Ingredients

everything in one pot:

200 grams grated coconut
200 grams coconut milk or condesed milk
60 grams coconut oil (room temperature)
2 tablespoons sugar
150 grams chocolate

Instructions

this is going to be fast:

just add everything into to a bowl (except the chocolate). mix it together with your hands. form little pralines / balls / fake bounties out of the coconut-mass.

put into the freezer for 5 minutes.
chocolate coat:

basically just melt the chocolate using a microwave .

take your balls / pralines / fake bounties and cover them with the melted chocolate using a fork.

store them in the fridge.
